Ordering & Shipping
Once an order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided once your order is ready for processing. Please review order confirmations to ensure no errors were made while placing the order. In the event an error was made, please contact us immediately. Any changes made to an order, including order cancellation, must be done prior to the shipment of the order.

All custom order sales, including box sets, are final, no exceptions regardless of time frame.

All orders within the continental United States are subject to a $4.95 shipment fee, unless otherwise indicated. Delivery addresses outside of the continental United States are subject to a $7.95 shipment fee. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally.
A confirmation of shipment email will be sent containing shipment information. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery after orders have been shipped.
